Description

The person chosen should have previous experience to coordinating communications for large IT project work activities and includes, but is not limited to, acting as liaison/coordinator between teams/areas/departments and projects, posssesing a very good understanding the technical needs of the project, and have a past background in the development of training communication documents.

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively for creating and managing Organization Change Management Plan
- Develop and execute on organizational change tactics
- Support/Align Organizational Change Strategies / Plans
- Support/Align Communication Strategies / Plans
- Create deliverables such as:
- Handouts, Presentation Materials (PowerPoint), Job Aids, Training Materials
- Create / Review communications
- Work collaboratively with BA/Strategic Communication and Org Change Team (OCT)
- Research and Develop Communication Strategies and Plans
- Conduct assessments to measure change readiness and adoption using Surveys, Focus groups
- Evaluate communications activities for effectiveness by asking the target audience
- Development and Management of processes

Skills Needed:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excel Report design
- Visio
- SharePoint Use
- Facilitation
- Communication Structure and Strategy

Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication Skills
- Ability to manage a diverse workload
- Ability to assess new requests and match them to team members who have both the skills to complete the work and the capacity
- Ability to quickly assess new request for priority and make adjustments to current team workload to ensure priority work is completed
- Ability to create standard team practices where needed to ensure consistent service
- Ability to track and monitor multiple work requests
- Ability to direct and lead the work of others
- Highly accountable to assigned work - producing high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines
