• Definition of detailed scope of work , efforts and schedule planning for each deliverable from the team
• Definition of detailed acceptance criteria for each deliverable from the team
• Ensure the consistency between the software and other project teams
• Ensure that the delivery meets expectations as per defined scope
• Project risks assessments and mitigation plan
• Perform change management.
• Prepare and coordinate on weekly status reports.
• Provide technical solutions
• Project monitoring and control- project performance metrics
*Experience in Agile software project management (preferably scrum master)
